I've gone ahead and included picture links so you can add these titles to your holiday traditions today and have a viewing menu as yummy as the feast on the table! Enjoy and Happy Thanksgiving!
Intensity, originally aired as a miniseriers, is the film adaptation of Dean R Koontz book of the same name, and is set over the Thanksgiving holiday.
"Chyna Shepherd is a San Francisco waitress who accidentally witnesses the brutal mass murder of a friend's family. The horror is just beginning as Chyna discovers she's next on the hit list of serial killer Edgler Vess (John C. McGinley)."
Intensity stars John C. McGinley, Molly Parker, Blu Mankuma, Tori Paul, and Piper Laurie and delivers a taut intense psychological ride for viewers!
Ok so this isn't actually Thanksgiving But it IS Foul Fowl sooo who are you too judge?? All joking aside this one makes for a great addition to the Turkey day tradtion. Its a B Horror Cornucopia, the likes of which only Troma has ever truly mastered, with everyone's favorite "Uncle" Lloyd Kuafman helming this overly indulgent gross out gag fest!
" When the American Chicken Bunker, a military themed fast food restaurant, builds its latest chain restaurant on the site of an ancient Native American burial ground, the displaced spirits take revenge on unsuspecting diners and transform them into chicken zombies! Now it's up to a dimwitted counter-boy, his collegiate lesbian ex-girlfriend and a burqa-wearing fry cook to put an end to the foul-feathered menace once and for all"
You can grab this one up via Amazon OR last I checked Netflix was also offering this one streaming
"Gobble, Gobble MotherF*#$er!" ThanksKilling a MUST see for horror fans, and no better time than now! This one is as horrible as you can imagine, and boasts, puppets, Boobs In the first SECOND, and an appearance by adult film star Wanda Lust (I am pretty sure that's her REAL name!)
" While on their way home for Thanksgiving break, five college kids run "afowl" of a homicidal turkey that wants them dead. As the cursed bird hunts them down one by one, the survivors scramble to find a way to defeat the possessed creature. Will the bloodthirsty turkey make this their last Thanksgiving feast ever?"
This is one of those oh so bad its good films! Made for less than $4000, ThanksKilling is a great example of bad film making, that embraces itself with out shame, and will leave you rolling on the floor! Grab up a copy. I did a quick check it is no longer available streaming on either Amazon or netflix :( but can still be purchased in time for the big day!
"Marketed as The First Movie to Skip Its Own Sequel, this puppet-fueled follow-up to the holiday-themed cult favorite ThanksKilling follows feathered villain Turkie on a ruthless hunt for the last copy of ThanksKilling 2."
ThanksKilling 3 is proof positive that bad is still bad even when you give it a budget! Turkie was brought back to life thanks to a successful crowdfunding campaign that raised 100K dollars to get this one made (a far cry from the $3500 or so of part 1). But lets be bluntly honest here if you are familiar with ThanksKilling you certainly should be well aware of what you are getting into with part 3, which is actually part 2 lol! C'mon now this isnt rocket science, its boobs, puppets and holiday fun so as you over indulge in drumsticks, pie and tatos, why not add this to the feast?! ThanksKilling 3 is available for rental or purchase just click the picture link.
